  • Ruck Club: Our monthly guided workout for Mind, Body and Spirit. In a world filled with noise and distractions The Human Business RuckClub adopts a simple ‘back to basic’, holistic approach to wellbeing that goes beyond superficial trends. Choosing to join The Human Business RuckClub may lead to a profound impact on your health, happiness and wellbeing. 
  • Time Saving Club: Our little haven where the endless to-do lists and that elusive work-life balance are not just understood but actively addressed. These gatherings, held every Friday over lunch on Zoom, are a perfect way to enjoy a meal, engage in meaningful conversation and learn something.
